Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery only if:

• The exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
• The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
• The received product is different from what was ordered.
• The item is unused, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

3. How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange:

• Attach clear pictures of the issue (damage/defect/wrong item)
• Provide your order details

Our team will review your request and respond accordingly.

4. Exchange Process

• Once approved, you will be asked to return the item.
• After inspection, we will issue:
  • A replacement of the same product, OR
  • A product of equal value

5. Shipping Charges

• Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs related to exchanges.

6. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Discounted or sale items
• Unstitched items once stitched
• Wedding wear or couture dresses
• Luxury or premium fabric collections
• Items damaged due to misuse

Order Cancellation

1. Cancellation Policy

• We do not offer refunds or money-back guarantees.
• Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

2. Cancellation Outcome

• Instead of a refund, a store credit (coupon) of the same value will be issued.
• The coupon will be valid for 60 days.

3. Order Cancellation by TK Designer House

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

• Item being out of stock
• Quality control issues
• Payment failure or decline
• Technical errors
